There are so many factors that go into capturing and editing a wedding film - from equipment, camera settings, lighting, composition, song choices, editing, color grading - it can be overwhelming and I for one had no idea where to start when I decided to pursue this full-time. I have filmed as a solo shooter for the majority of my career but my mentees have also become second shooters when I’ve needed them - community is a beautiful thing.
